摘要
公共建筑节能是建筑节能工作的重点所在。在实际的建筑节能改造中,各项节能技术的应用存在一定的盲目性,从而导致资金的投入无法达到预期的效果。通过实地调研获取案例建筑的基本数据,运用De ST模拟方法,进行计算与分析后发现,各项节能改造技术的运用不能生搬硬套,而应综合考虑所处地域、建筑情况等因素。在武汉(夏热冬冷地区),高效照明技术、变频及优化控制技术经济性良好,围护结构节能改造则需慎重考虑,能耗分项计量技术应当大力推广与落实。
Improving energy efficiency of public buildings is the key point of building energy conservation. However, the applications of energy efficiency renovation technology are somewhat blindness in real projects. So the investment usually ends up with an unexpected result. Through deeply field research, the DeST software is utilized to simulate and analyze, the conclusion is that energy efficiency renovation technologies applying should be considered case by case. In hot summer and cold winter area - Wuhan, high efficient lighting technology and variable frequency and optimal control technology have good econom- ic performance. Building envelope reconstruction for energy saving purpose must be think over cautiously, and building energy consumption sub-metering technology should be vigorously promoted.
