芦山地震6个月后老年人可疑创伤后应激障碍调查研究

摘要 汶川地震后5年,2013年4月四川再次发生里氏7.0级雅安芦山地震,除了给当地居民的生产、生活造成了严重影响,还严重威胁到老年人的身心健康,使人们面临极度的无助与恐惧。创伤后应激障碍（post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD）是灾难后人们常见的心理反应,其发生率为31.7%~60.0%[1]。老年人由于衰老、疾病的影响,应急能力下降,
