农民工是我国劳动力市场的重要组成部分,它关系着国家经济转型过程中的劳动力供应和社会整体的稳定,而女性劳动力又凭借其特殊的地位及数量在农民工群体中的地位举足轻重。然而,尽管女性农民工的重要性在数量和影响上都有着具体的体现,在劳动力市场中,女性农民工依然遭受着比较严重的性别歧视,这种歧视所带来的影响,无论从直接还是间接方面都辐射于整个社会。本文从性别歧视的界定入手,分析女性农民工遭受歧视的原因以及对家庭和社会所带来的影响,并结合具体情形给予了对策和建议。

The migrant workers is an important part of China＇s labor market, which is related to labor supply to the country＇s economic transformation process and stability of the whole society.And women＇s labor force is important in the number and influence. However, although the importance of female migrant workers in the labor market, women migrant workers are still suffering from more serious gender discrimination , the impact of this discrimination, whether from the direct or indirect aspects of radiation in the whole society.This paper begins with the definition of sex discrimination, analyzes the reasons of female migrant workers suffering from discrimination and the impact on family and society, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions combined with the specific situation.
