摘要
大型抓斗挖泥船起升机构具有起重载荷大、起升速度快、冲击大等特性,设计时通常会遇到需要开发超大型非标设备的问题,并且需要考虑如何减小机构尺寸的问题。通过对比3种布置方案,选出1种合理的方案,在不降低起升机构使用性能的前提下,达到减小机构平面尺寸、减少非标设备数量、缩小船体尺寸、提高整船经济效益的目的。
Hoisting mechanism of large grab dredger has the characteristics of large hoisting load,fast hoisting speed and huge impact. The design often confronts problems like the development of non-standard equipments. And it should be considered how to cut down the size of the hoisting mechanism. Three kinds hoisting mechanism layout are compared to figure out an appropriate one. This layout form achieves to reduce the mechanism overall dimension,the number of non-standard equipments and the dredger size and enhance the overall economic profit of the dredger without lowering its performance capacity.
