摘要
报道了一种具有热稳腔设计实现1064 nm皮秒脉冲激光输出的被动锁模Nd∶YVO_4激光器。并在此基础上,不改变锁模条件激光模式的同时引入Herriott型多程腔来增加腔长,使总腔长达到38.7 m。采用光纤耦合输出的808 nm激光二极管对Nd∶YVO_4晶体进行端面抽运,以半导体可饱和吸收镜作为被动锁模元件,获得了重复频率低至3.9 MHz的皮秒激光脉冲,脉宽为60 ps。在泵浦功率为10 W时,平均输出功率为2.6 W,对应单脉冲能量0.67μJ,x和y方向的光束质量因子分别为1.01和1.11。
A passively mode-locked Nd∶YVO4 laser operating at 1064 nm is reported with a thermal-stable resonator design. In addition,through the introduction of a Herriott-type multi-pass cavity( MPC),the cavity length is extended to 38. 7 m under the invariability of the mode-locking condition. A fiber-coupled 808 nm laser diode is used to end-pump an Nd∶YVO4 crystal with a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror( SESAM) as the passive mode-locking component,and picosecond pulse with a low repetition rate of 3. 9 MHz and pulse duration of 60 ps are obtained. When pump power is 10 W,the average output power is 2. 6 W,corresponding to a single pulse energy of 0. 67μJ,while the M-2 factors in the x and y directions are 1. 01 and 1. 11,respectively.
