摘要
介绍了GE、Siemens、MHI三家燃气轮机公司的G/H级重型燃气轮机的燃烧室特征,分析了各自的研发思路,总结了三大燃气轮机公司G/H级燃烧室的共同特点。提出了我国自主研发G/H级燃烧室的若干建议,包括应首先研发出成功的F级天然气燃烧室,并以此作为G/H级燃烧室研发的基础;要对自主的G/H级燃气轮机的功能有明确定位;制定合理的F级燃烧室方案应用于G/H级的准则;结合多学科的技术发展及挖掘燃烧室外围组件的优化潜力;最后总结了燃烧室具体的气动优化方向。
Combustor technologies for the G/H classheavy dutygas turbine of GE, Siemens, MHI are introduced. The G/H class com- bustor generalities are summarized through analyzing the three mentioned corporation development thoughts. Some suggestions are pro- vided for the independent G/H class eombustor development in China, including a successful F class combnstor fueled nature gas should be developed firstly as the basis of the G/H class ones, and the independent G/H classgas turbine function should be located definitely, and principle of F class combustor scheme applied to G/H class should be formulated properly, and multi subjects technolo- gy development should be combined and combnstor assistants optimization potentials should be taped, and the detailed aerodynamic op- timization fields are summarized finally.
