摘要
为了对发动机控制系统进行考核,建立了某小型涡扇发动机燃油泵调节器及数字式电子控制器(ECU)的实验室工作环境,可模拟发动机在高温、低温和正压、负压环境下的控制系统特性。通过422总线技术和虚拟仪器技术,将运行于计算机上的基于辨识的数学模型、数字电子控制器和燃油泵调节器等连接,组建了某小型涡扇发动机燃油综合控制半物理仿真试验系统。对该涡扇发动机的试验结果表明:该半物理仿真试验系统能够有效地模拟该型发动机各个工况下的稳态和动态控制过程,为该型号燃油泵调节器和数字电子控制器的研制提供了试验支持。
For the purpose of testing the control system of the aero-engine, the laboratory working condition of the fuel pump regulator and engine electronic controller(ECU) was established, in which the performance of the control system in the condition of high or low temperature and positive or negative pressure during the whole flight cycle can be simulated. Through RS422 Bus Technology and the virtual instrument technology, the semi-physical simulation experiment system of the fuel control system for the turbofan aero-engine was established with the engine mathematical model running on the computer, ECU, and fuel pump regulator. The following experiment results demonstrate that the semi-physical simulation system can simulate steady state and transient state of the engine, which lays a solid foundation in the further research of the fuel pump regulator and ECU for the aero-engine.
