摘要
通过Aspen Plus软件模拟一氧化碳变换反应,分析汽气比、温度、压力等因素对一氧化碳变换率、变换炉出口温度的影响,从而为生产企业提供一氧化碳变换反应的数据参考,为解决实际运行中出现的问题提供分析依据。
This paper uses Aspen Plus software to simulate carbon monoxide shift conversion reaction, and analyzes the influence of steam / gas ratio,temperature, pressure and other factors on carbon monoxide shift conversion rate and shift converter outlet temperature,so as to provide reference data of carbon monoxide shift conversion reaction for production enterprise; moreover,this paper provides analytical basis for the problems during actual operation.
