摘要
邻硝基氯苯生产邻苯二胺,大分子杂质和聚合物形成焦油堵塞脱氢塔和精馏塔进料口下部的填料和液相分布器。新增除焦系统,将液相进料改为气相进料,在除焦塔除去焦油后,原料进入精馏系统,消除堵塞现象。
In the process of o- nitrochlorobenzene to produce o-phenylenediamine, tar is formed by macromolecular impurities and polymers to block dehydrogenation column, the packing and liquid distributor at the lower part of the distillation column. Add the new decoking system,and change the liquid feed to vupor feed. After the tar is removed from decoking distillation column,the raw materials enter into the distillation system to eliminate the blockage phenomenon.
