随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市化建设不断进步,各类建筑拔地而起,建筑智能化工程作为建筑工程的组成之一,也得到了迅速发展。整个系统工程的前期设计阶段在其实施过程中的作用尤为重要。作者根据自身的工作经验和体会,对当前建筑智能化工程的设计范围、设计界面、存在的不足等方面进行了阐述。

With the rapid progress of China＇s economy, urban construction has develeped with all types of new buildings. As one of the components of the project, intelligent building construction has also developed rapidly. The role of the preliminary design phase of the entire project is particularly important in its implementation process. According to the experiences and understanding of the scope of the current building intelligent engineering design, design scope, design inter face and problems are described.
