建筑技术视角下居住建筑安全质量保障措施

Residential buildings' safety and quality measures from the perspective of the building technology

房屋建筑工程的安全质量与人民的生命财产安全息息相关。影响房屋建筑工程安全质量的因素很多,如人为的因素有管理制度、操作手段,非人为因素有地形地质状况、自然气候条件、技术设施及施工工艺等。文章从建筑技术的角度出发,分析影响居住建筑质量安全的主要原因,并提出解决方法与实施措施。

The safety and quality of housing construction is closely related to the safety of the state and people＇s lives and property, and there are many factors affecting the safety of the building construction. Human factors are the management system and operation means ,and the non-human factors are the terrain geological conditions, natural climate conditions, technical facilities and construction process, etc. From the point of view of the architectural technology, this paper analyzes the main reasons of the impact on the quality and safety of residential buildings, and puts forward the solutions and measures.
