高校图书馆网络优质免费资源建设研究

Research on the Construction of High-quality Free Resources in University Libraries

网络普及时代,高校图书馆如何合理利用网络信息资源扩充现有馆藏,如何合理遴选优质网络资源,如何组织并推送至高校师生手中至关重要。本文通过分析高校图书馆服务对象的特点,及师生对网络信息资源的需求特点,制定出相应的资源选择原则和策略,并以网络公开课为例设计采选过程。高校图书馆和网络资源平台间,通过共享用户建立桥梁,提高双方知名度和利用率,实现双赢。

In the age of network popularization, It is of vital importance how university libraries use network information resources reasonably to expand the existing collection, how to select quality network resources properly, how to organize resources and then push them to university teachers and students. Through analyzing the characteristics of service objects and their online information needs, this study formulates corresponding resources selecting principles and strategies, and designs selecting process with network open course as an example. University libraries should establish communications with network resources platform by shared user, thus to achieve win-win.
