芦南3^#煤层7215工作面本煤层瓦斯抽采理论分析与工程实践

摘要 新景矿芦南3#煤层是煤与瓦斯突出煤层,为了解决新景矿芦南3#煤层7215工作面的高瓦斯压力、高瓦斯含量的问题,需要对该工作面进行瓦斯预抽。对瓦斯抽采理论进行了分析,基于气固耦合理论并采用数值模拟的方法确定了有效预抽半径为0.8 m,并给出合理布孔间距不超过1.13 m。通过工程实践得出,新景矿采用合理的瓦斯抽采系统,布孔间距设置为1 m。对7215工作面进行150 d的预抽,煤层瓦斯含量降至6.7 m3/t,最大残余瓦斯压力为0.5 MPa,为下一步的采掘提供了安全保障。 Lunan 3#coal seam in Xinjing Coal Mine has the danger of coal and gas outburst,to solve the problems of high gas pressure and high gas content on 7215 working face in Lunan 3#Coal Seam in Xinjing Coal Mine,it is needed to drain gas in advance on working face. The gas extraction theory was analyzed by theoretical analysis method. Based on gas-solid coupling theory,the numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze the gas drainage in this coal seam. The simulation result show that the effective extraction radius is 0. 8m,and the reasonable pitch of drainage holes is less than 1. 13 m. Through industrial practice,reasonable drainage system was adopted,and the pitch of holes is 1 m. Gas drainage in advance was carried out for 150 days,the gas content fell to 6. 7 m^3/ t,the maximum residual gas pressure is 0. 5 MPa. All this have provided safeguard for the future mining.
