大断面强力锚网索支护技术的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 常村煤矿21220工作面运输巷埋深大、围岩应力大,受掘进及回采动压影响巷道支护困难。通过研究巷道围岩变形破坏机理、采用耦合支护理论及深部煤巷控制技术,提出了强力锚网(索)大棚距支护控制新支护技术方案。应用结果表明:巷道顶板最大位移量为100 mm,底板最大位移量为400 mm,两帮最大位移量为450 mm。巷道顶底板及两帮位移量较原支护体有明显减少,新支护技术能够充分发挥围岩的主动支护能力,提高了围岩的整体承载能力,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制。 The buried depth of haulage gateway on 21220 working face of Changcun Coal Mine is large,and the stress of surrounding rock is huge,it is difficult to support the roadway influenced by driving and dynamic stress of coal winning. Based on analysing the deformation failure mechanism of surrounding rocks,the author proposed strength cable anchor supporting technology based on the theory of compound supporting and control technology in deep roadway. Results of field application show that,the maximum displacement of roadway roof is 100 mm,and the maximum displacement of roadway floor is 400 mm,the maximum displacement of roadway' s sides is450 mm. The displacement of roadway roof and roadway's sides is decreasing significantly compared with original supporting technology.The new supporting technology gives full play to the active supporting of roadway surrounding rock and improves the bearing capacity of surrounding roadway rock,the deformation of surrounding roadway rocks is effective controlled.
