电力系统一体化全景模型若干问题的研究

摘要 为了支持电力系统二次系统资源、信息整合,为建设一体化、模块化和智能化的应用功能提供统一的基础资源支撑,有必要建立电力系统一体化全景模型。针对我国电网企业内部二次系统信息孤岛等问题,结合智能电网发展对二次系统的需求,提出电力系统一体化全景模型的建设理念,并从定义、功能要求、维护方案等方面进行了研究。通过电力系统一体化全景模型,可以为电力系统二次系统提供模型建设规范和维护标准,进而推进二次一体化建设。 It is necessary to build a full-view power system model for integrating the resources and information of electrical secondary system and for providing unified basic resources for integrated, modularized and intelligent application functions.
