广西电网地区级一体化电网运行智能系统(OS2)建设的探讨

Discussion on Construction of Regional Operation Smart System(OS2) in Guangxi Power Grid

随着广西电网地区级OS2系统建设的不断推进,以及电网需求的不断发展,根据广西地级OS2的建设情况,就二次一体化发展对OS2系统的需求进行梳理分析,在广西电网OS2总体架构基础上,提出了地级OS2系统的后续思路及其方案设想,并对基础设施的统一、电网分析的统一、主配协调应用实现等问题的实现进行了探讨,不断完善OS2系统技术体系,推动OS2系统的顺利实施,为整个电网二次一体化服务。

With the promotion of Guangxi regional OS2 construction and the rapid growth of Guangxi power grid, the paper presents the developing scheme of the OS2, and then discusses the solutions to the problems, like the unification of infrastructure, the integration of power grid analysis and the coordination between the main and associated power grids, etc., based on the construction situation of OS2 and the analysis on the demands of integrated secondary system development on OS2, which not only improves the technical system of OS2, but also promotes the smooth implementation of OS2 and provides a basis for well serving the integration of power grid secondary system.
