摘要
目的了解人工流产妇女的避孕方法,找出避孕失败的原因。方法选取人流患者236例,采用自行设计的调查表统计导致意外怀孕的原因。结果由于未采取避孕措施意外怀孕138例,占总人数的58.5%,避孕失败导致意外怀孕98例,占41.5%,失败原因有避孕套破裂、节育器移位等。结论已婚妇女人流原因为避孕失败或是未采取避孕措施,掌握正确避孕方法,降低人流的机率,有利于促进生殖健康。
Objective To investigate the contraceptive methods of female with artificial abortion,and find out the causes of contraceptive failure. Methods 236 cases of abortion patients were selected. The cause of accidental pregnancy was analyzed by self-designed questionnaire. Results About female in accidental pregnancy,138 cases（58.5%）were caused by no contraceptive measures,98 cases（41.5%）caused by ontraceptive failure. The causes of failure were condom burst and birth control device displacement. Conclusion Contraceptive failure or no contraceptive measures were the main reasons that caused married women who had artificial abortion. Correct methods of contraception and reduce the probability of artificial abortion will promoting reproductive health.
