摘要
目的探究血液灌流联合血液滤过对高脂血症性胰腺炎的治疗效果。方法选取本院38例高脂血症性重症胰腺炎患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施血液灌流联合血液滤过治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液滤过对高脂血症性胰腺炎的治疗效果良好。
Objective To explore hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration in treatment of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis. Methods 38 cases of hospital hyperlipidemic patients with severe pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine treatment,and observation group implemented hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration. Results The observation group after treatment of the indicators was better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration in treatment of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis was significantly effective.
