放化疗配合保肛术治疗低位中晚期直肠癌疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Treatment of Low Rectal Cancer With Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Combined With Sphincter Preserving Operation

目的分析放化疗配合保肛术治疗低位中晚期直肠癌的效果。方法将2012年2月～2015年3月收治于我院的低位中晚期直肠癌患者90例为研究对象，采用电脑数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组45侧以及对照组45例。其中对照组患者行常规手术治疗；观察组患者则采用放化疗配合保肛术治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过不同的治疗后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91．11％（41／45）；对照组患者的治疗总有效率为68．89％（31／45）。观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对低位中晚期直肠癌患者治疗中，选择采用放化疗配合保肛术治疗其效果优于传统的手术方式，能够提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with sphincter preserving operation in the treatment of low rectal cancer. Methods 90 patients with advanced rectal cancer treated in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were studied, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine operation, while the observation group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with sphincter preserving operation. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with the treatment effect. Results After different treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11% （41/45）, and the total effective rate was 68.89% （31/45）in the control group. The observation group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of low rectal cancer patients, the choice of radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with preservation of anal operation is better than the traditional operation method.It can improve the quality of life of patients.
