摘要
目的研究针灸治疗中风偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年8月~2015年8月我院收治的108例中风偏瘫患者进行分组研究,按照1：1比例分为对照组（n=54,采用西医方法进行治疗）和治疗组（n=54,采用中医针灸进行治疗）,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率94.4%高于对照组总有效率74.1%,两组间差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸治疗中风偏瘫疗效好,且操作简单,经济方便。
Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating patients with apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods 108 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2011 were divided into control group（n=54） and treatment group（n=54）,the treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.4%,which was higher than that of the control group（74.1%）significantly,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture treatment on stroke hemiplegia curative is remarkable,and the operation is simple,economical and convenient.
