摘要
目的对笔者所在医院的院内制剂滑膜炎康冲剂进行临床疗效观察。方法收集150例膝关节滑膜炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组60例采用西药布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组90例用滑膜炎康冲剂治疗,然后对照分析观察组和对照组治疗的效果。结果对照组有效率为93%,治疗组有效率为96%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且治疗过程中,所有患者均未见不良反应发生。结论膝关节滑膜炎使用滑膜炎康冲剂治疗效果与布洛芬缓释胶囊无差别,但副作用少于布洛芬缓释胶囊。
Objective The clinical curative effect of nosocomial Hua-mo-yan-kang granule preparation in the author＇s hospital was observed. Methods Collecting 150 cases of patients with knee joint synovitis,who were divided into two groups randomly. Control group with 60 cases treated by western medicine of ibuprofen sustained release capsule,the treatment group with 90 cases treated with Hua-mo-yankang granule,then analyzed the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patients. Results The effective rate was 96% in treatment group,the control group was 93%. Two groups of comparison,there was no significant difference statistically（P〉0.05）. In the process of treatment,all the patients didn,t occurre obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion There is no difference in the curative effect of Hua-mo-yan-kang granule and ibuprofen sustained release capsule,but the side effect is less than the ibuprofen sustained release capsule.
