中药制剂不良反应报告分析

Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Chinese Traditional Medicine Preparation

目的探讨中药制剂不良反应情况,给临床中药制剂使用提供依据。方法根据2014年我院的69例中药制剂检测报告进行探讨分析,评价分析了患者的疾病情况、使用药物类型、用药后表现、给药方式等等。结果所选患者,年龄段主要是低于14岁和大约60岁的群体,他们是中药制剂不良反应高发群体,最容易出现不良反应的给药方式是静滴,以呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统等不良反应症状为主。结论医院对于中药制剂不良反应(ADR)情况应该加强监测和分析,对不良反应进行科研调查,有效的提供预防措施,降低和避免不良反应发生,合理使用中药制剂治疗。

Objective To investigate the adverse reaction of Chinese traditional medicine,and provide reliable basis for clinical medicine. Methods According to the report of 69 cases of Chinese medicine preparation in our hospital in 2014,we analyzed the patients＇ disease, the type of drugs,the performance and the way of administration. Results The patients received in our hospital,aged mainly under 14 years of age and about 60 years old,they were the high incidence of adverse drug reactions in traditional Chinese medicine. The most prone to adverse reactions of drugs was static,adverse reactions to respiratory system, cardiovascular system,digestive system and other adverse symptoms,there was a great chance of serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the monitoring and analysis of adverse drug reactions（ADR）,and to provide preventive measures to reduce and avoid adverse reaction time.
