摘要
目的对粪肠球菌泌尿系统感染者进行病原菌培养,探讨并分析其药物敏感性,为临床抗菌药物的使用提供指导。方法依据纳入、排除标准以我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的粪肠球菌泌尿系统感染患者80例作为研究对象,从中段尿分离出粪肠球菌进行药物敏感试验,将试验结果汇总分析。结果通过对药物敏感试验结果分析,粪肠球菌对替加环素、利奈唑烷、万古霉素的敏感率均为100%,对四环素、高浓度链霉素、呋喃妥因、氨苄西林的敏感率依次为20.32%、60.12%、39.68%、72.24%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在临床应根据粪肠球菌的药物敏感试验结果,制定合理的用药方案,对泌尿系统感染者进行治疗,粪肠球菌对替加环素、万古霉素、利奈唑烷具有较高的敏感率,可优先作为抗菌药物。
Objective Urinary tract infections in enterococcus for pathogenic bacteria culture to explore and analyze the drug sensitivity, provide guidance for clinical use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods On the basis of exclusion criteria from our hospital between January 2013 and January 2015,80 patients with urinary tract infections in enterococcus as the research objects,isolated from the middle urine dung enterococcus and drug sensitive test,then analyzed the results. Results Through analysis,the drug sensitive rate of dung enterococcus for Tigecycline, Linezolid,vancomycin was 100%,high concentrations of tetracycline, streptomycin,and nitrofurantoin,ampicillin,the sensitive rate was 20.32%,60.12%,39.68%,60.12%,data with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion According to the results of drug sensitive test in enterococcus,formulate reasonable regimen to treat urinary tract infections,dung enterococcus enterococcus to Tigecycline,vancomycin,Linezolid have high sensitive rate,and has priority as antibacterial drugs.
