摘要 目的分析血尿酸、溶血磷脂酸、C反应蛋白与进展性脑梗死的相关性,为预测脑梗死进展风险提供依据。方法 2014年3月~2015年6月,对收治的脑梗死患者进行采样,进展性脑梗死60例,纳入A组,稳定性脑梗死70例,纳入B组,对比发病24 h后CRP、LPA、UA水平。结果发病24 h后,进展性脑梗死患者UA、CRP、LAP水平均高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过检测脑梗死患者发病后24 h的CRP、LPA、UA水平,可预测患者疾病进展风险。 Objective To analyze the blood uric acid,lysophosphatidic acid,C reactive protein and progressive cerebral infarction correlation,in order to predict the progression of cerebral infarction. Methods From March 2014 to June 2015,cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were sampled,60 cases of progressive cerebral infarction devided into a group,70 cases of cerebral infarction of stability devided into group B. CRP,LPA and UA levels after 24 h were compared. Results After the onset of 24 h,progressive cerebral infarction patients with UA,CRP,lap levels were higher than the B group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of cerebral infarction CRP,LPA,and UA levels in patients with 24 h can predict the risk of disease progression.
