医学微生物检验与临床沟通的重要性探讨

Investigation on the Importance of Medical Microorganism Test and Clinical Communication

目的探讨医学微生物检验与临床沟通的重要性。方法回顾分析2012年1月~2015年10月,我院检验科与临床之间的交流沟通经验。结果实施微生物检验与临床沟通策略后,临床对于检验质量及时反馈率为80.8%,高于交流前的34.6%;临床医生对于检验结果判读的失误率为3.8%,较交流前的15.4%降低（P〈0.05）。结论加强医学微生物检验与临床之间的沟通,能够使临床医生更好地判读检验结果,从而指导临床诊断以及治疗。

Objective The paper is to investigate the importance of medical microorganism test and clinical communication. Methods To analyze the experience communicated and exchanged between department of clinical laboratory and clinical treatment from January 2012 to October 2015 retrospectly. Results After medical microorganism test and clinical communication strategies,the timely feedback rate of clinical treatment to checkup quality was 80.8%,remarkably higher than that of 34.6% before communication. Furthermore,the error rate of clinicians＇ interpretation to assay results of 3.8% was lower,compared with that of 15.4% before communication（P〈0.05）. Conclusion What will help clinicians to judge and interpret assay results better and further is to strengthen the communication between medical microorganism test and clinical treatment. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the communication between medical microorganism test and clinical treatment.
