多排螺旋冠脉CT在老年冠心病临床诊断中的价值分析

摘要 目的研究分析多排螺旋冠脉CT在老年冠心病诊断中的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的60例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组。其中,30例分成对照组,采用常规冠脉造影方式;30例分为观察组,应用多排螺旋CT冠脉成像诊断方式,统计比较两组患者的冠状动脉狭窄度临床诊断的敏感性、特异性以及准确性。结果观察组患者诊断冠状动脉狭窄度的敏感度、特异性以及准确率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病的诊断中,多排螺旋CT冠脉成像的诊断敏感度、特异性以及准确性更高,是一种安全、有效、无创的诊断方式。 Objective To study and analyze of clinical value of the multi spiral CT coronary in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease for the aged. Methods We selected 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease,who were received by our hospital,as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. Among them,30 cases were treated as the control group,which were given conventional coronary angiography manner. 30 cases were treated as the observation group,which were given the application of multi-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging diagnostics. The sensitivity,degree of specificity and accurate of the clinical diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis of patients from the two groups were made statistical comparison. Results The sensitivity,degree of specificity and accurate of the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease for the elderly,the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging is higher. And it is a safe,effective,and non-invasive diagnostic methods.
