摘要
目的比较分析MRI、CT检查对脊柱转移瘤的诊断价值。方法选取19例疑似脊柱转移瘤患者进行研究,分析其影像学表现对比CT、MRI的诊断结果。结果 CT的诊断符合率为68.42%,MRI的诊断符合率为94.74%(P<0.05)。结论 MRI对脊柱转移瘤的诊断准确性较高,可作为脊柱转移瘤的首选影像学检查方法。
Objective To compare and analyze the diagnosis value of Spinal Metastasis Tumor by MRI and CT Examination. Methods Select 19 cases of suspected patients with spinal metastasis tumor and analyze their image expression by comparing the diagnosis results of CT and MRI. Results The CT diagnose coincidence rate was 68.42%. The MRI diagnose coincidence rate is 94.74%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The MRI diagnose of spinal metastasis tumor has a higher accuracy. It can be used to treat spinal metastasis tumor as the first choice.
