右美托咪啶用于全麻术后尿管引发膀胱刺激征的疗效观察

The Effect of Dexmedetomidine for Irritation Sign of Bladder Caused by Ureter Under General Anesthesia

目的探讨右美托咪啶用于全麻术后导尿管引起的膀胱刺激征的疗效。方法选LC手术患者60例,ASA分级为1~2级,年龄在30~50岁,随机分为a,b两组,a组手术结束前予以静脉泵注右美托咪啶0.5μg/kg,b组予以生理盐水10 ml泵注,手术毕两组均予以罗哌卡因注射液手术切口局部浸润麻醉。观察两组患者术中平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）的变化及术后膀胱刺激征发生情况。结果右美托咪啶组麻醉苏醒期MAP降低、HR减慢,膀胱刺激征发生率也低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论右美托咪啶可减少全麻术后导尿管引起的膀胱刺激征,患者舒适度增加,并发症少。

Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine for irritation sign of bladder caused by ureter under general anesthesia. Methods Sixty patients of ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ,aged 30 ~ 50 years old,scheduled for LC under general anesthesia,were randomly divided into control group（b,n=30）and dexmedetomidine group（a,n=30）. A group with Dexmedetomidine as 0.5 μg/kg,B group with 10 ml saline. After surgery,with local anesthesia using Ropivacaine. Mean arterial pressure（MAP）,heart rate（HR）were monitored and recorded. Results Compared with the control group MAP,HR of dexmedetomidine group were decreased. The discomfort incidence of irritation sign of bladder was significantly lower in dexmedetomidine group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can reduce the occurrence of irritation sign of bladder and complication caused by ureter under general anesthesia.
