探讨多功能输血器在临床中的应用效果

Discuss on the Application of Multi-functional Donor Set in Clinical Effect

目的评估多功能输血器在临床中的应用效果。方法将120例输血患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例输血采用普通输血器,观察组60例输血采用多功能输血器。结果观察组输血时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士心理压力评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组输血反应发生率与针头刺穿血袋次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在输血中采用多功能输血器有应用作用。

Objective Assessment of multi-function donor set in the clinical application effect. Methods 120 blood transfusion patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,the control group of 60 cases of transfusion using common blood transfusion apparatus,observation group of 60 cases of transfusion using multifunctional donor set. Results Blood transfusion time observation group was obviously shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. The nurses psychological pressure rating observation group was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Observation group blood transfusion reaction rate and the number of the needle pierced patient were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adopt multi-function in blood transfusion blood transfusion apparatus has a significant value.
