全方位护理对心肌梗死患者舒适度和满意度的影响研究

Effect of Full Range of Nursing on Comfort and Satisfaction of Patients With Myocardial Infarction

目的探究全方位护理对心肌梗死患者舒适度和满意度的影响。方法按照随机分配原则将我院收治的60例心肌梗死患者分为两组,即对照组与观察组,每组30例。予以对照组患者常规护理,予以观察组患者全方位护理,对两组患者的舒适度及满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者的舒适度评分与满意度均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理可有效提高心肌梗死患者的舒适度以及对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing care on comfort and satisfaction of patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional nursing,the patients in the observation group were given a full range of nursing,and the comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Comfort score and satisfaction degree of patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Full range nursing can effectively improve the comfort degree of patients with myocardial infarction and the satisfaction degree of nursing service.
