摘要
目的分析鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床护理效果。方法选取2014年4月~2015年4月来我院治疗分泌性中耳炎患者,共50例,将其分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均行鼓膜穿刺术进行治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度100%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎,有较好的疗效,再配以优质护理能有效提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of the treatment of secretory otitis media with auripuncture. Methods 50 patients with secretory otitis media were selected from April 2014 to April 2015. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. All patients were treated with membrane puncture. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80%, the control group was 96%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 80%,the control group was 100%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of secretory otitis media with auripuncture has good effect,and can effectively improve the nursing quality with high quality nursing.
