集束化护理对冠心病介入治疗后术后并发症的影响

Cluster Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Complications of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease After Treatment

目的探讨在冠心病介入治疗后应用集束化护理的护理疗效,以丰富临床护理经验。方法选取我院收治的行冠心病介入治疗的患者112例,根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组各56例,对照组进行常规护理措施,观察组给予集束化护理干预。护理后,对比统计两组的术后并发症发生情况、住院时间、住院费用等情况。结果观察组的术后并发症发生率、住院时间以及住院费用均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病介入治疗后应用集束化护理缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing care applications after percutaneous coronary intervention so that clinical nursing experience could be enrich. Methods We selected 112 patients with coronary heart disease interventional therapy of our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,each group 56 cases. Control group were given routine nursing while observation group were given cluster nursing intervention. After treatments,postoperative complications,the hospitalization time and hospital costs,etc of two groups were counted and compared. Results The postoperative complications,the hospitalization time and hospital costs,etc of the observation group were obviously lower than the control group. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After percutaneous coronary intervention with application cluster nursing can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the cost of treatment,and security is higher.
