摘要
目的探究糖尿病合并冠心病患实施多样性护理的效果。方法选取92例糖尿病合并冠心病患者并随机分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组多样性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者总满意度与依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中实施多样性护理干预,能够提高患者满意度和治疗依从性。
Objective Explore the effects of diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease patients to implement diversity care. Methods Selected 92 cases of diabetes in patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group implemented routine care,observation group used the diversity of the care,then compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The observation group overall satisfaction and compliance were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the diversity nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease in diabetes can improve patients＇ satisfaction and treatment adherence.
