摘要
目的探讨个性化护理在妇产科手术患者中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2013年1月~2015年1月我院妇产科患者200例,分别设为对照组和观察组,其中观察组100例,给予个性化护理,对照组患者100例,予以常规护理。通过对比结果分析个性化护理对于患者的护理情况。结果观察组护理质量评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）,住院时间和焦虑程度低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论通过人性化护理的方式对妇产科手术患者进行护理可以提升护理质量,使患者满意。
Objective To study the application effect of individualized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology surgical patients. Methods Randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2015 200 cases of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital,were set as control group and observation group. The observation group 100 examples to give personalized care,control group of 100 cases patients with routine nursing. By comparing the results of analysis of individualized nursing care for patients. Results The observation group nursing quality score was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Length of hospital stay and anxiety level was less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the way of humanization nursing in obstetrics and gynecology surgical patients for nursing care can significantly improve the nursing quality,can make patients more satisfied.
