摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对肿瘤化疗患者的应用效果。方法 80例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为两组,观察组40例行优质护理,对照组40例行日常护理服务,并对两组的SCL-90评分和满意度进行对比。结果观察组SCL-90自评量表评分结果显示,均低于对照组(P<0.05);且对照组对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤化疗患者中,选择优质护理服务,有助于改进医疗护理工作质量,增强肿瘤患者的心理健康,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 80 cases of cancer chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group 40 cases using high quality nursing service,control group 40 cases using daily routine nursing care,and SCL- 90 scores of two groups were compared with satisfaction. Results The observation group of self rating scale score,according to the results of SCL- 90 were significantly lower than control group（P 0.05）. Satisfaction with care and the control group was higher than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with cancer chemotherapy,the choice of high quality nursing service, help to improve the quality of medical care work,enhance the mental health of tumor patients,improve patients＇ satisfaction for nursing work.
