摘要
目的研究人性化护理管理对原发性高血压患者的影响。方法选取我院2012年7月~2015年4月收治的120例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组接受药物治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上进行人性化护理,对比两组患者护理干预前后收缩压与舒张压的变化。结果在护理干预前,实验组和对照组的血压对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。护理干预后两组的血压均有降低,但实验组降低效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人性化护理能够有效地控制原发性高血压患者的病情,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing management on the patients with essential hypertension. Methods 120 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in experimental group and control group.Control group were treated with drug treatment. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was carried out human care. The changes of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group before the nursing intervention（P〉0.05）. The blood pressure of the two groups was lower, but the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanized nursing management can effectively control the disease and improve the quality of life of patients with essential hypertension.
