摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在外科护理中的应用效果。方法将52例外科住院患者根据数字表法分为对照组26例和观察组26例,分别给予其常规护理和优质护理服务,对比两种护理方法的应用效果。结果观察组患者住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05),护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05),数据比较差异均存在统计学意义。结论外科住院患者采用优质护理服务,可促进其病情快速康复,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in surgical nursing. Methods 52 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into control group and observation group with 26 cases in control group and 26 cases in observation group. The effect of two nursing methods were compared. Results The patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the data were statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with high quality care, can promote the recovery of the disease,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve nursing satisfaction.
