摘要
在对汽水分离再热器管板进行深孔钻加工时,常发生质量缺陷。由于钻孔是在封闭或半封闭状态下进行,不能直接观察刀具的切削情况,切削热不易导出,加之排屑困难,切削效果不理想。从被加工材料、加工设备、刀具及质量管理方面对产生缺陷的原因进行分析,并且对工艺进行了改进,从而减少了缺陷的产生。
Quality defects often occur during deep hole drilling process of the pipe sheet of the reheater for moisture separation. Since the drilling process is carried out in a closed or semi-closed state, the cutting situation by the cutting tool can not be viewed directly and the cutting heat could not be derived easily. Coupled with difficult chip removal, the cutting performance is not ideal. Through the analyses of the causes of the defects in the fields of processed materials, processing equipment, cutting tool and quality management, the entire process had been improved to reduce the defects.
