摘要
以醋酸乌利司他为起始原料,乙二醇选择性保护3-羰基得到缩酮物,然后经21-甲基碘代、取代、水解、甲基化,最后脱保护,酯化得到醋酸特拉司酮。
Telapristone acetate was synthesized from ulipristal acetate as the starting material through protection of the 3-Carbonyl group,iodination,substitution,methylation,deprotection of 3-carbonyl and acetylation of 17-hydroxy group.
