微波消解法还原氧化石墨制备大尺寸纳米石墨烯片及表征

摘要 本文利用微波消解法还原氧化石墨制备大尺寸纳米石墨片,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FI-IR)、拉曼光谱表征(Raman),结果表明:所制纳米石墨片尺寸超过15μm,厚度小于≤3nm。 Preparation and characterization of a large size graphene by microwave digestion reduced graphene oxide. Scanning electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infraued spectrometer, and Raman spectra were used. The results showed that the size of nano-graphene sheets shown was more than 15μm long, and thickness was less than 3nm.
