La_2O_3加入分子筛催化甲醇与CO_2反应合成碳酸二甲酯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了HZSM5和硅藻土分子筛添加到La-Cu/ZnO-Al_2O_3催化剂上,通过对催化剂结构、性质的表征和催化剂活性的比较,确定出高效催化剂。通过实验研究得到以下结果:当催化剂中添加HZSM-5后,催化剂的分散度有所提高,催化剂中二价铜的还原较为彻底,催化剂中弱酸性位和弱碱性位均增加,且比例较为适当,从而提高了催化剂的活性。对该体系的的反应条件进行了考察,得到最佳反应条件:反应温度为230℃,反应压力为1.0MPa,催化剂投入量为1.0g,此时,甲醇的转化率为9.27%,DMC的选择性为84.76%。 The HZSM5 zeolite and diatomaceous earth was added to the La-Cu/ZnO-Al2O3 in this paper. By comparison of the structure and properties of the catalysts, we determined the highly efficient catalyst. The results of the experiments are showed as follows: of catalyst reduction more thoroughly, bit weakly acidic and weakly basic sites of the catalyst were increased, and the proportion was more appropriate, so increasing the activity of the catalyst. We investigated the reaction conditions of the system to obtain the optimum reaction conditions: the reaction temperature 230℃, reaction pressure 1.0MPa, the amount of catalyst 1.0g, at this time, the conversion of methanol was 9.27%, the selectivity of DMC was 84.76%.
