摘要
目的:测定雅连中总生物碱的含量,为其质量的控制提供实验依据。方法:以盐酸小檗碱为标准品,采用酸性染料比色法测定雅连总生物碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱在44.7~178.8μg·m L^(-1)内,回归方程为Y=1.7765x+0.124,r=0.9991,吸光度与浓度具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.35%,RSD=1.02%。结论:该方法准确度好,有一定的专属性,为雅连质量的控制提供实验依据。
Objectiue：To determine total alkaloids in coptidis dehoideae, which can be used for quality control. Methods： Berberine hydrochloride was used as a control standard. The contents of total alkaloids were determined by acid dye colorimetry. Results： The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 44.7-178.8μg·m L^-1, the regression equation was Y=1.7765x＋0.124, r=0.9991. The average recovery was 100.35%, and RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion： This method is accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for quality control.
