摘要
采用培养皿捕获法研究紫茎泽兰在弃耕地上的种子风传播特征,分析与其种群建立的关系。结果表明,培养皿捕获法简便易行,野外可操作性强,是捕获细小风传种子的有效方法。弃耕地上的种子雨密度与距外围种源地的距离和风向有关,在种源地下风向形成随距离增加密度下降的种子雨。种子密度与植株密度、盖度和高度具有显著相关性,紫茎泽兰弃耕地上的种群定居过程具有跳跃式的特征。
Wind dispersal of seed of Ageratina adenophora on abandoned cropland was studied by a culture dish trapping method that was simple,easy and fully operational to effectively trap the dispersed seeds. The relationship between establishment of A. adenophora and its population was also analyzed. Seed rain density related to distance to the propagule source and wind direction in the abandoned cropland. Seed rain of density decreased with increasing distance from seed origin under the prevailing wind direction. There was a significant relationship between seed density and plant density,coverage and height. Additionally,the population establishment process of A. adenophora had a characteristic jumping mode in abandoned cropland.
