洱源县马街自然村奶牛血吸虫病综合治理防控效果观察

摘要 本文报道了云南省洱源县马街自然村采用综合治理措施防控奶牛血吸虫病的效果。该自然村2004-2006年实施药物驱虫的单一措施,2007-2013年实施综合治理措施,每年采用粪便毛蚴孵化法监测奶牛血吸虫病疫情。结果显示,2004-2006年奶牛血吸虫感染率从19.36%下降到15.44%,防控效果不显著;2007年后疫情快速下降,到2012和2013年奶牛血吸虫感染率为0。可见,在山区型流行区采用与当地实际情况相结合的综合治理措施,对于防控奶牛血吸虫病具有良好效果。 In order to assess the effect of integrated control interventions for Schistosomiasis japonica, the prevalence of Schistosoma japonicum infection in cow from Majie natural village in Eryuan County, Yunnan Province, was surveyed from 2004 to 2013. Only drug-based intervention was performed from 2004 to 2006. But from 2007 to 2013, integrated interventions, including mass treatment, removing cows from snail-infested grasslands, stool management and habitat modification were performed. The results showed that the prevalence of S. japonicum infection in cow was non-significantly reduced from 19.36% to 15.44% from 2004 to 2006, and integrated interventions reduced the prevalence to 0.72%(P〈 0.05) in 2009 and 0 in 2013.The results indicated that the integrated interventions was highly effective in controlling the transmission of Schistosomiasis japonica in the mountainous regions of China.
