摘要
目的:通过筛查体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况,并检测其血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)的含量,探讨 Hp 感染与血清 PG 的关系。方法:选取2013年4月~2014年6月间在江苏省人民医院体检的735名受检者,采用 HG - IRIS13C 红外光谱仪测定 Hp 感染情况,时间分辨荧光免疫法(TRFIA)检测血清中 PG I 和 PGⅡ水平。结果:血清 PG I 水平异常组(高于正常组、低于正常组)的 Hp 阳性率明显高于 PG I 水平正常组,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);血清 PG II 水平高于正常组的 Hp 阳性率明显高于 PG II 水平正常组,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);PG I/ II 比值低于正常组的 Hp 阳性率明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Hp 阳性组的血清 PG I、PG II 水平显著高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05),PG I/Ⅱ比值则显著低于阴性组(P﹤0.05)。Hp 感染与血清 PG I、PG II 水平呈正相关,与血清 PGI/ II 比值呈负相关。结论:血清 PG 水平的变化与 Hp 感染相关。血清 PGI、PGII 水平升高,PG I/ PG II 比值下降提示 HP 感染的可能。
Objective To screen the situation of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infections and detect the level of serum pepsinogen(PG)in physical examination people. Then to study the relation between Hp infections and the level of serum PG. Method A total of 735 subjects who had physical examination in Jiangsu Province Hospital from April 2013 to June 2014 were recruited. The Hp infections were determined by HG - IRIS13C infrared spectrometer. Fasting serum samples for PG Ⅰ and PGⅡ determination were analyzed by time - resolved flu-oroimmunoassay(TRFIA ). Results The positivity rate of Hp infection were significantly higher in abnormal PG Ⅰ level group(higher than normal group,lower than normal group)than that innormal PG Ⅰ level group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The positivity rate of Hp infection was obvi-ously higher in raised PG Ⅱ level group than that in normal PG Ⅱ level group(P ﹤ 0. 05). In reduced PG Ⅰ/ Ⅱ ratio group,the positivity rate of Hp infection was obviously higher than that in normal PG Ⅰ/ Ⅱ ratio group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ level of HP - positive group were significantly higher than Hp - negative group(P ﹤ 0. 05). PG Ⅱ/ Ⅱ ratio were significantly lower than Hp - negative group(P﹤ 0. 05). Hp infection was positively related to serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ level and negatively related to PGⅠ/ Ⅱ ratio. Conclusion Hp infec-tion is related tothe change of PG level. Increased serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ level and decreased serum PGⅠ/ Ⅱ ratio suggest Hp infection.
