疏血通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨在脑血栓治疗中使用奥扎格雷钠联合疏血通的治疗效果。方法:选取收治的76例脑血栓患者为观察对象,随机分为观察组38例,对照组38例,两组均行常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上使用奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏血通治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及神经功能恢复情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率与对照组比较,明显较低,两组患者治疗前ADI评分及ESS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未出现严重不良反应。结论:在脑血栓治疗中采用疏血通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,疗效确切,安全性较高,能有效恢复患者神经功能,改善预后,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the treatment in cerebral thrombosis using sodium ozagrel combined with Shuxuetong treatment effect. Method 76 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis were selected as observation objects,they were randomly divided into the ob-servation group of 38 cases,38 cases in the control group,the two groups were treated with conventional therapy,control group based on con-ventional therapy using sodium ozagrel treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the use of Shuxuetong treatment,two groups were observed in patients with the treatment effect and recovery of neurological function. Results In the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment compared with the control group,was significantly lower in two groups of patients before treatment,ADI score and ESS score had no significant difference（P ﹥ 0. 05）,after treatment,observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference（P ﹤ 0. 05）,the two groups had no significant adverse reaction incidence the difference（P ﹥ 0. 05）,there were no se-vere adverse reaction. Conclusion The use of Shuxuetong combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis,in the＆amp;nbsp;treatment of curative effect,high safety,can be effective in the recovery of neurological function,improve the prognosis,it is worthy of clini-cal popularization and application.
