Synthesis of 5-Amino-3-cyano-(2,6-dichloro-4-triflu -oromethyl-phenyl) pyrazole

以2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化和环化反应得到5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)吡唑,本方法工艺操作简单,易于工业化生产。收率85%,纯度为95%。

Amino-3-cyano-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethyl -phenyl) pyrazole was synthesized from 2,6-dichioro-4 -trifluoromethylaniline by diazotization and cyclization. It is easy for this simple synthesis mothod to be industrialized. The total yield was 85% and the purity was above 95%.
