夜班包干制排班模式在普外科优质护理服务中的应用

The application of totally responsible night-shift scheduling in the high quality nursing service in the Department of general surgery

目的:探讨夜班包干制排班模式在普外科优质护理服务中的应用。方法:选取普外科改革夜班排班模式前后,根据纳入标准,夜班包干制排班模式实施前后对出院患者满意度、护理质量检查、护士的职业倦怠程度、护士的满意度进行调查、分析。结果:实施包干制排班模式后出院患者满意度大幅度提高,总体护理质量较前明显提高,工作职业倦怠明显减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);绝大多数护士认可新的排班模式,认为精神压力比以前小、拖班现象比以前少,同事间较前团结。结论:夜班包干制排班模式的应用,实行了人性化管理,提高了护理服务满意度,提高护理质量,保证护理安全,降低护理风险。

Objective To evaluate the effect of totally responsible night - shift scheduling in general surgical ward high quality care. Method Patient satisfaction,care quality,nurse job burnout and nurse satisfaction in department of general surgery,pre - and post the implementation of the new scheduling respectively,were investigated and analyzed. Results After the implementation of the new schedu-ling,patient satisfaction and care quality were improved significantly. Scores of Job Burnout Inventory after the implementation of the new scheduling also showed job burnout alleviation,the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The survey with our self - designed questionnaire showed that the new scheduling were approved by most staff,regarding less prolonging of work time and stress,and better teamwork. Conclusion The implementation of the new scheduling could lead to humanized management,improve care satisfaction and quali-ty,ensure care safety,and reduce care adverse events.
