外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病与阴道上皮细胞先天免疫的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 阴道假丝酵母菌感染时,阴道上皮细胞先天免疫开始发挥作用。多型核中性粒细胞出现迁移和募集,与S100警惕素和Toll样受体一同参与临床症状反应。T淋巴辅助细胞17产生白细胞介素(IL)17和22。IL-22和NOD样受体中的吲哚胺2,3二氧酶1共同作用达到防御和容受间的平衡,而C型凝集素受体又可介导Th17活化,调节IL-22的产生。此外,人β-防御素和甘露糖凝集素分别通过广谱抗菌活性及激活补体而发挥作用。 Vaginal epithelial cells with local innate immunity would play a role when vaginal infection with Candida happens. This could lead to massive polymorphism nuclear( PMN) neutrophils recruitment and migration,then S100 alarmins,Toll-like receptors and PMN would be involved in the symptomatic response.T helper cells produce interleukin( IL) 17 and 22. IL-22 and indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1( IDO1) of NOD like receptors work together to achieve the balance between defense and tolerance mechanism. C type lectin receptors can mediate and regulate Th17 activation and IL-22 proudction. In addition,human β-defense and mannose binding lectin act by broad antimicrobial activity and activating the complement system respectively.
