摘要
针对红豆杉优株的扦插繁育技术进行了研究,试验结果表明:采用100%黄泥作扦插基质有利于提高插条生长质量;植物生长调节剂种类及其浓度对插条的生长均有极显著影响,添加生长激素NAA+IBA(1∶1)100×10-6浓度的处理效果最佳,扦插生根率达到93.33%;带顶芽茎段的扦插效果优于无顶芽茎段。
This articlestudies onthe cuttage technology ofsuperior plant of Taxus chinensis.
